Gaelle Beech is the founder of ethical fashion project AnjelMs. Gaelle and her daughter Madeleine design textiles and clothing with sustainability and human rights in mind.
They are based in Fremantle, and manufacture through a collaboration with the textile social empowerment project ‘The Stitching Project’, which uses traditional textile skills like natural plant dyes and block printing.
Gaelle and Madeleine also collaborate with local emerging visual artists and are passionate about creating connection between communities. Their aim is always to establish a transparent and sustainable manufacturing supply chain, as well as give young creatives a platform to create in an ethical and supportive environment.
